Fremgangsmåde - Staff that has contact with patients/test subjects must wear a full hospital uniform. - Patients, test subjects for research projects and family members must remain in the patient hallway/change rooms. They may only come into the MRI scanner room if they are escorted by an MRI operator. Patients, test subjects and family members are not allowed in the staff hallways or the MRI operator rooms. - External staff must adhere to the rules of the Danish Personal data laws. - It is the responsibility of the MRI operator to make sure that all access doors to the MRI scanner are locked before, during and after the MRI examinations. This includes both patient and staff access doors to the MRI scanner. - Before entering the MRI scanning room all Patients, family members, hospital staff, external staff etc. must complete an MRI safety screening questionnaire. - Before starting an MRI scan the patient/test subject must be registered in RIS. This is to ensure that a RIS booking is connected to the images that are saved to PACS. Images that are saved to PACS without a completed RIS booking will be labeled in PACS as a ‘system error’ and as a result, the images will automatically be deleted 48 hours after the time of the MRI scan. - A completed MRI examination must be documented in RIS immediately after completion. If the examination is not documented as completed at the lasted 24 hours after the booking time, the RIS system will automatically label the patient/test subject as absent. - Due to limited amounts of hard disc space, images can only be saved to the MRI workstations for one week. This is also applicable to images marked as ‘protect’ - The MRI clinics equipment/devices/machinery must be handled with care and respect. - Food and drinks are not allowed in the MRI operator area. Please use the designated lunch rooms. - The MRI scanner room and operator room must be cleaned and tidied up after use. Sheets and blankets as well as, supplies from the drawer trollies must be replaced if and when used. - The MRI clinic (section 2014, 3023, and 6001) must be vacated at the latest 23:00hrs. In special cases, alternative times can be coordinated with the MRI radiographer that is on duty. Permanent arrangements for remaining in the MRI clinic after 23:00hrs can be arranged with ###NAVN### (###TELEFON###. - All access doors to the MRI scanner must be locked before leaving the MRI clinic. - If you leave section 3023 after 23:00hrs then you must check the following: - Make sure the two outer doors out to the elevators ‘opgang 2’ (door 2401 and 2452) are closed and locked. - Assure that the door to stairwell D (2101B) is closed and locked - Lock all access doors to the MRI operator area (2408, 2414, 2416A and 2416B) - Lock the access doors to the patient change rooms. - The MRI scanner that was utilized must be shut down and the PC’s that were used must be restarted or shut down. - Please shut off all the lights in the MRI clinic. - In the case of problems or questions with the equipment/machinery/software etc. please contact the MRI radiographer that is on duty. ###TELEFON### or ###TELEFON### Ansvar og organisering Referencer, lovgivning og faglig evidens samt links hertil Bilag
