• Lungevolumenreduktion (LVRK)

BEHANDLINGSINDIKATION:

• Forebyggelse / behandling af atelektase og / eller sekretstagnation.
• Respirations insufficiens.
• Nedsat funktionsniveau.
• Immobilisering.

BEHANDLINGSTILBUD:

• Respirationsfysioterapi herunder
  PEP / CPAP / cough assist, kun efter læge ord.
• Genoptræning.
• Bestilling af træningsrelaterede hjælpemidler, samt individuel tilpasning og afprøvning.
• Instruktion i øvelsesprogram på thoraxhold (kræver ikke Best./Ord. i SP).

BEHANDLINGSHYPPIGHED:

• Respirationsfysioterapi: Vurderes individuelt af fysioterapeut.
• Træning: Vurderes individuelt af fysioterapeut.
